Is there more to heightmaxxing or have we reached a plateau?

It seems there is nothing new coming out and that the discussion has died down. I've been lurking in a lot of forums and sites and even they don't have much more to say. I feel as though we need a novel breakthrough right about now or figure out some unknown mechanism :fuk: .

There has to be another factor other than igf 1 and hgh. There has to be a way to trick your body into another puberty:feelswah: I refuse to live my only one life as a fucking manlet :feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:

There were threads about experimental drugs like KY19382

Info about it is scarce but I think time will tell if this and aromasin can keep your growth plates open forever. Also it was used on mice so the effects may not translate.

I’ve talked to him before but we’re going to need a team of dedicated autists to speed up research. Oh yeah and besides ky there’s this but there’s no source for it.

I mean it's not good but it's not terrible either
I'm 180 cm I feel like guys in our height range, due to proportions, can more easily fraud with lifts and shoes like Hogan Interactive which gives 5 cm of extra height I believe

Well, the thing with heightmaxxing is that we are trying to simplify it rather than find new ways to do it. If we can find the lowest minimum dosing for HGH, IGF-1 LR3, and MK677 to work for adequate HGH to IGF-1 conversion, then that's all we need. There is no point in making it more complicated.

Well, right now, what I am personally focusing on is maximizing all the systemic factors that affect IGF-1 levels like liver health, estrogen levels, quality of sleep, and so on and so forth. If you want to develop your knowledge of height growth further, then I recommend you research every factor that affects height and it'll help you formulate your own conclusions that you can't find in studies.

Also, consider the fact that genetically speaking, for heightmaxxing to develop further, we would need to make gene-correcting substances, which is pretty hard to do. And since the vast majority of the public doesn't have a gene defect that affects height significantly enough to need a compound to be made (like dwarfism), there isn't going to be much switch-up in the scientific realm.
However, if you see my genetic factors posts, there has been a breakthrough in diagnosis recently, where now, short for no specific reason children are now getting genetic testing and we are seeing the specific defects that they have that are causing their lack of height.

There are plenty of factors outside of IGF-1 and HGH levels that affect height and drive bone growth, like our vitamin d3 levels, calcium levels, zinc levels, thyroid hormone, parathyroid hormone, and androgen levels. There isn't much more new to formulate because all we are doing is working within the body to see whatever drives height growth the most. An unknown mechanism will still most likely be more ineffective then plain old HGH because it doesn't drive the biggest factor of height growth enough (IGF-1). What is needed, is more focus on gene-correcting like voistoride but for IGF-1 and HGH receptor defects, as people who have bad responses to HGH or IGF-1 LR3 most likely are defected from the receptor.

You also have to keep in mind, that if you maximize every physical pathway of height growth (Vitamin D3/Calcium Levels, IGF-1 levels, etc), you will be maximizing your ability to grow and basically putting your body in state where it has other options but to grow vertically if you have open growth plates. As we've seen with aromatase-deficient people, the time span in which you grow is entirely determined by your bone's response to estradiol and we can control that. If you keep your estradiol low enough for a long enough time, it has been shown that your bone age just stagnates around bone age 16-17 in your ulna, meaning that the bone age is even younger everywhere else (as wrists' growth plates close first). This should be an exciting thing for every heightmaxxer to realize because if they just take AI for as long as possible (obviously putting aside the health consequences and solely focusing on growing taller, they will grow).

Another thing, concepts like DNA hypermethylation and CCX inhibition can be dangerous, since you are dealing with turning off or on certain gene pools or inhibiting certain biological processes. With our genes, we can't just make drugs that specifically focus on only the things we want to in our bodies, unlike the way we do it for hormones or tissue (like SARMS or Serms). So, when going off into that territory, understand that there are a lot of invisible factors at play, that even if it did work, would most likely have dire consequences.

So where does that leave us? Well, I believe the focus right now, is to try to boost the effectiveness of HGH and IGF-1 (receptor grade) itself. There are stronger forms of HGH and IGF (receptor grade) that aren't available to the public sadly, but having those things will really push the needle forward. You can increase the effectiveness of HGH by taking tren, which sounds wild I know and will actually lower systemic levels (like the levels produced by the liver) but will increase your body's physical response to taking it. So you wouldn't be able to tell through bloodwork. But I wouldn't recommend this method as it hasn't been proving for height and only bodybuilding.
