Doesnt mse mog MARPE because its more bone based and can pull it more up

Have no idea, just know that MARPE is the one that (can) work when youre an adult, as far as i know MSE doesnt do shit when youre an adult

Bump my maxilla is grown decently forward i think just the braces on my upper teeth fucked me cuz its kinda downgrown
