do you mean pulling on the skin above the eyelid not the lid itself? the volume under the skin is the issue not the skin itself, if you somehow cause sagging skin to reduce uee it will make you look old and will not ascend you at all, look into fillers or fat grafting (you can DIY filler if you're crazy enough)
