Is there some non invasive ways to recover this brutal eye area?

canthopexy + supraorbital implants or fat grafting, soft tissue is less chance of getting botched and cheaper, topical minoxidile on the brows and edges of the brows to make them longer and thicker with better volume then dye them to make it look less sparse
