Is there some red lamp without infared?

I can‘t find a normal red lamp, all are having infared included. I heard that infared damages the skin and collagen?

I'm not sure about that, whenever I read about RLT I always hear infrared included, if it damaged the skin I feel like I'd have seen it mentioned a lot.

Ok, everybody here in this forum said that red light therapy increases collagen.
But as I said, I can‘t find a normal led red light.
My lamp also has infared and it sends out heat

Oh, well I'm sure you can find regular red LED's with the proper wavelength on like E-bay or something and make one yourself if you can't find a whole system without infrared, plus it will be MUCH cheaper.

Ok I‘ll try to find one.
That one that I have at home is similar to this one

That thing is huge, I'm not sure if there's a difference when it's considered a heat lamp though, that might be the problem.
