I think my hips are wide, I've been wondering if is there some way to make them narrower

Also what causes wide hips in men? For some reason mine are slightly wider than my lower ribcage, is this normal?

102 cm ass and 76.5 cm waist rn so if you divide 76.5 102 it's a 0.75 Waist-to-hip ratio: unironically I got a female figure... Soon to be hourglass
