Is there someone here knowledgeable with acne scars?

How do I get rid of those? All the derms I've seen so far are specialized in aesthetics and they're all trying to scam me. If he has laser he'll say lasers are the best, if he has only microneedling he'll tell me it's the best, etc.

I have and I take Tretinoin for one month. My skin already improved. Let's see how it will evolve in 5-6 months. I'll probably finish with laser to achieve a porcelain smooth skin

I also use Niacinamid + HA

I only know laser. I think Fraxel Dual laser will be the most effective for my skin type

I did tret for a year some time ago. I bought it on AllDayChemist but once I fix my currently dehydrated skin I'll try to find a derm who will give me a prescription for it. It didn't really help much for my acne scars.

You'll do resurfacing right?

Right now the most realistic option for me is RF microneedling. Or going to a bigger city and get subcision, then RF microneedling but that's hassle

I've read that RF microneedling is as good as laser for acne scar removal with much less downtime. It also reduces fine lines and pores, but as a last step laser resurfacing is best because it completely evens out your skin.
