what are you on rn to treat your acne? Also don´t cut to low you need to focus on getting proper nutrients for development since your still young. and your hair is awful need to change that asap. also take a look at the pubertymaxxing thread.

im on cicustan rn it started to get better a month ago my skin was much more terrible

Start taking accutane for your skin, shape up your eyebrows and get a better haircut that suits your face specifically one with hair on the side of your head.

Also, to debloat start taking 3-5g of potassium a day, but you’ll lose face fat as you get older too. Plus go on a cut (sustainable, don’t starve and ruin your hormones).

Maybe even some tinted spf to help with the colouring.

Not over, but you blocked out your eyes so I can’t even give a rate.
