Will my mandible be able to grow enough over the next few years for there to still be some hope? (16 btw) and also my sub-mandibular glands make it so much more worse

Ik my chin is recessed btw but can’t do much abt that

Most bone growth is already complete at the age of 1-5 gang, there will not happen a lot
