Yeah,of course when you heighten your upper lip.
So there is no surgery where you can adjust that bone?
I am fucked my philtrum is 2.5cm and chin is 4 4cm

would lefort impaction shorten the philtrum?
i think kyra's philtrum shortened from his bimax but I never saved his before/after pics from the front view so cant remember how it looks

And maxillary downgraft lengthen the philtrum?

Id be a bit worried if i got bimax it might make my philtrum too big but its probably a worthwhile tradeoff to fix my midface ratio
