Something like ethanot or midazolam can be used like truth serums, but there are no drugs that you can you can administer to someone and they give you 100% the truth, usually truth serums are sedatives and what you are trying to do is make the person less capable of higher thinking that is including lying, though there is an increase in someone telling the truth they still can lie so is not really consistent
