OPEN PERIOD: for Long Term
Position summary:
Your main responsibilitieswill include the management of supplier base and goods purchased with outside sources. You will make agreements which will help to deliver value to our stakeholders ensuring service, quality and added value which do maximize the supplier's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties consist of:
- Secures quotes from qualified suppliers of assigned resources to negotiate most favorable cost terms and services to meet production plan
- Plan and discuss long term contracts and terms
- Manage supply chain initiatives including controlling supplier selection
- Inducting, evaluating and tracking supplier pricing, quality, and delivery and logistic
- Manage logistics to be sure of goods timely shipment with required documentation
Demonstrated Skills:
- Must be detail oriented, methodical and highly organized
- Be able to work in a group environment
- Have an ability to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and office equipment
- Legal driver's license and Driver background is mandatory.
