Training Split

Day: 1 Shoulders and Traps​

Lateral Raises 4 sets 12-15 reps
Overhead Press 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Rear Delt Flys 4 sets 12-15 reps
Shrugs 4 sets 8-12 reps - 25lbs
Upright Rows 3 sets 10-12 reps
Leg Raises (for abs)

Day: 2 Upper back (Minimal Neck)​

Pull Ups 4 sets 6-8 reps
Dumbbell Rows 4 sets 6-8 reps
Chest Supported Row 3 sets 10-12 reps
T-Bar Rows 3 sets 8-10 reps
Bent Over Row 3 sets 10-12 reps
Neck Curls 3 sets 10-12 reps

Day: 3 Legs & Chest (Emphasise on Quads)​

Squats 4 sets 6-8 reps
Reverse Lunge 3 sets 10-12 reps
Bulgarian Split Squats 3 sets 8-10 reps
RDLs 3 sets 12-15 reps - 20lbs
Dumbbell Calf Raises 3 sets 12-15 reps
Flat Dumbbell Press 4 sets 10-12 reps
Incline Bench Press 4 sets 10-12 reps
Chest Fly 2-3 sets 10-12 reps

Day: 4 Shoulders & Upperback​

Shoulder Press 4 sets 8-10 reps
Lateral Raises 4 sets 12-15 reps
Dumbbell Front Raises 3 sets 6-8 reps
Dumbbell Row 3 sets 10-12 reps
Chest Supported Rows 3 sets 10-12 reps
Shrugs 3 sets 8-12 reps

Day: 5 Arms & Abs (Minimal Neck)​

Preacher Curls 4 sets 8-10 reps
Skull Crushers 3 sets 10-12 reps 10lbs (Barbell)
Wall Supported Hammer Curls 3 sets
Tricep Extension 3 sets 6-8 reps
Weighted Leg Raises 3 sets 10-12 reps (light to moderate resistance)
Ab Rollout 3 sets 10-12 reps
Neck Curls 3 sets 10-12 reps

Bro there’s a lot to fix here

First all of get the fuck off mk677 rubbish compound, use testosterone much better for muscle growth, mk677 is useless.

Your doing extreme copious amounts of volume which is only going to fatigue your cns your making no muscle, follow these set of rules
Low volume (2-3) sets per muscle group a session
High intensity (4-8 rep range ) - progress when past 8
Train 1/2 exercises per muscle group per session

Recover well and lower your calories, you don’t need to eat that much to gain muscle, calorie surplus is stupid and doesn’t do anything try stay at maintenance weight, maybe use testosterone instead of mk.

mk was to help with my apetite also I'm 125lbs shouldn't I bulk oh and the volume stuff was helpful I'll research on that

No if you wanna get big just use testosterone and eat at maintenance.

Testosterone will force your body to gain lean mass if you are consistent with your training, just try eat at maintenance
