I have this kind of hollow ness under my eyes and it makes these lines which I hate and I always see it in the mirror and just want to get rid of it not sure if a fat graft would be enough would I have to get a infra orbital rim implant otherwise what else can I get I don’t want filler because it’ll just migrate.

Filler won't migrate if done well

Get a fat graft/infra implants if you want

You have the same undereyes as me with them ugly ass folds 😂😂😂. Looks fucking horrible. Honestly, fat graft should suffice. Implants are expensive as fuck, 5x the price while not even giving 1,5x the results of fat graft.

There is no reason to get under eye filler. Fat graft is more economic, no risk of migration.

Yeah bro it looks terrible and messes up my eyes I generally think they look alright but the under eye support just ruins me. I’m not tryna get a whole implant anyways which is why I was leaning towards the fat grafting how many times do you think I’d have to go or would one session suffice?

It’s tricky, overfilling might be the move (50% of the fat dies), we also got nano fat transfer nowadays, but that’s about twice as expensive.

Yeah I’ve heard only like 50%-70% actually stays. How much do you think it would cost to get a nano fat transfer and what currency

Fat graft is about 2-3k in my country (The Netherlands) just find clinics in your country.

Are you going to get fat grafting done any time soon?
I have a consultation for zygo implants next month, if the surgeon charges above 20k (15k is already a stretch), I am booking fat grafting and alar base reduction right away. I don’t know if cases like us need lower bleph too, I’ll ask the surgeon.

You can see many results on realself, there are also good results on org, but there are less. Looksmaxxing creator aestheticswaiting had really nice results, especially considering his base.

Do you have a lot of scleral show? White under your pupil, between the pupil and lower lid, otherwise you need an implant of lower eyelid retraction. Implant ofc gives real structural support, while lower eyelid retraction does the the job too and is more economical.

I dont think I do lol do you think the fat grafting would improve my actual eye area or is it solely just for the under eye area

I remember reading about lower bleph I already forgot what it does tho it was like moving the fat or something right?

Lower bleph is just removing some excess skin, usually for oldcels, where the fat pads have sagged down and you are left with all that excess skin under your eyes.
