6'5, approx 20-21inch bideltoid and similar biacromial due to little shoulder hypertrophy
Is this bad for that height? How much can gymmaxxing improve it?
I heard something like if ur elbows touch hips when relaxed then it means narrow clavicles and mine dont touch but i still look narrow in some clothes
How much can i add to my bidelt by continuing gym?
