I currently only have 15 pound dumbbells right now
if I did 3x10 bicep curls every day for a couple months would I see any more muscle mass or no tbh

progressive overload works best. yes, therell be muscle gains but you need to move on from the stable weight to an overload to build more otherwise you’d just be maintaining muscle not growing it

try using your own body weight. as you increase body weight you’ll also increase muscle gains because its always going upscale

You won’t gain anything significant without progressive overload
