It's when the eye has negative hooding but Positive eyebrows I see it on a lot of UFC MMA fighters e.g. i checked my eyes today and i have it too

also tyler maher has it whereas gandy has negative hooding but no positive eyebrows his are straight

his eyebrows are shit

what makes him insane is

the PFL, contrast - blue eyes tan skin, Downturned medial canthus and the complete hooding, his lower eyelid too
