dont need teli for gh prob, just drink lots of water and munch on electrolytes

nah my mates bp sits at like 90-100 / 50 or some crazy shit on tren and doesnt even run teli or anything, im telling you 3-4L per day and electrolytes

Metformin directly lowers igf1 in serum, muscle and bone and is a mitochondrial toxin, if you actually need anything else in addition to the empagliflozin just get some imeglimin but you should only employ these ancillaries anyways if your BG readings, BP readings or your blood work indicate that you need them
