Hey guys, I just got a quote for buccal fat removal here in Spain and wanted to know what you think.

The total cost is around €1,800, done under local anesthesia, completely outpatient (no hospital stay). The surgeon works at a well-known clinic.
They said the swelling should last around 1.5 to 2 weeks, and I’ll be prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories.

I have to pay 40% upfront by bank transfer, and the rest either in cash or by card on the day of the surgery.

Does this sound like a good price and setup? Anyone here from Spain or Europe who got it done under similar conditions?
Also, if you did it under local anesthesia, how bad was the pain or recovery?

I'm not going to the Netherlands, lol. The hospital where I’m getting the surgery is in my city, about 30 minutes from my house.

I always had chubby cheeks.

I always had chubby cheeks.
Hmmm are you shredded?

Is your jaw decent or are you recessed?

BFR is overrated IMO. It doesn’t make much difference in most cases, but yours might be appropriate idk.

What did the doctor say in the consult? Did he say your fat pads are very big?

It’s a bit expensive, I wouldn’t mind doing it in a less known clinic since the procedure is so easy. Doesn’t take much experience unlike other surgeries.

He said my fat pads are medium sized. I have somewhat high set cheekbones, and average jaw, I would say.

OP I would suggest getting really lean first, and only getting the surgery if your chubby cheeks are still there once you are under or around 10% body fat (abs veins, veins in quads, christmas tree in your lower back)

If you are a real looksmaxer, getting this lean will be best for both your face and body. You might not even need to spend the 1800€ and you will be healthier.

Y si no vete a otra comunidad autónoma y lo haces en una clinica mas barata jajaja mirate videos en YT, es una operación super sencilla 😗

My face gets fat very quickly, I have considered this in the past. But once I got super lean all the fat went away. I’m gonna be lean for body anyways, so I’ll never need this surgery. And would fuck me up in my 30s and 40s for sure since my face would be too lean.

I'm already super lean, like 10% body fat. If any, I would say that I'm a little underweight, LOL.

I can tell just from this single picture that you are definitely not 10% body fat or you would understand what’s wrong with this example you sent.

And if you say you are probably underweight then you don’t have enough muscle mass and are definitely have more fat than you think.

Sorry for telling you the truth bro, if you wanna go ahead and do the surgery then do it. I was just trying to help, but I think you probably don’t need it. Without seeing you I will never be sure, but I’m 90% confident you are just fat.
