As a muscular white guy

I usually wear tshirt + blue jeans and white sneakers

Nah boomerish , buy hoodies, flannels for layering and corduroy as an overall jacket also a puffer

Layering helps to widen frame
yeah, it helps people that don't have a good frame to begin with look wider, but it hides the frame of people that do.

if you have actual contours in your muscular development you want to show those, not obscure them with layers of cloth.

Don’t listen to these pretty boy guys lol. If you have a maxxed out physique def wear clothes that compliment it, lifts too. Your fashion doesn’t have to be perfect there are much more important things
