Cork Palate Expansion
Premise: Keep a cork up into your palate to widen it over time with consistent pressure

1. Measure out you upper palate with fingers or some other object
2. Cut a cork (or 2) out to fit up inside the upper back palate using prior measurements or just trial and error
3. Wedge the cork into your upper palate and leave it there for an extended period of time simulating marpe
4. Cork shouldn’t fit as you continue to expand and you repeat the process again for a new cork
