not even that complicated, just be in a consistent calorie deficit and a decent strength training program. if you plateau, lower your calories even more
U don't understand it's my work any man who sits at his desk all day will be low t I even go to gym after my work but I have low energy due to the shitty job I dint had this problem before
could just transition to bodyweight exercises (one that follows a proper strength program) since that can help lower your body fat too. way more convenient if you’re training at home vs driving to the gym. you don’t even need to be in the gym every day, two or three times per week is enough
