Is this a good eating schedule?

Wake up at 6:30am, drink a corepower 42g 230 calorie shake, eat 4 eggs, and drink 2 cups of milk for all of my calcium. I also supplement d3, k2, and zinc
11AM snack, protein bar 17g protein and 150 calories.
3pm 1/2 cup of greek yogurt and fruits like strawberries oranges apples or blueberries
4pm rice cake with honey and yogurt for prewokout and I take a omega 3 supplement at this time aswell
7pm is my dinner, 1 cup of rice with a spoon of butter and 1lb of chicken
9pm, take melatonin magnesium because I have sleeping issues and gts at 10pm
chatgpt and google gemini estimated around 2730 calories for all of this
 
omega 3 always with the meal which contains most fat. why chicken whenn beef is better, cut out apples they r not that good use blackberries instead

chicken is just significantly cheaper than beef, I have a 97% lean 3% fat pound of beef ima eat later tho
