Is this a good leanmaxxing plan

Sprints
Weight lifting 3x a week jiu jitsu 3x a week
And basketball 2x a week +800 calorie deficit
 
no cause u suck at basketball
 
+ high protein or you'll become weak and skinnyfat

Smaller deficit like -400 kcal from food rather than -800.
Drink coffee and tea
Start your routine with weight lifting and give your best. Then go for a long, calm walk.
Start slowly, then increase your activity unless you were already doing so much sports.
