i get most of my nutrients from high quality sources like eggs and meat, since i’m on low carb, but would like the nutrients that come from mainly carb sources without consuming carb.Multivitamins aren't going to give you the optimal amount of everything.
For example, 5 micrograms of Vitamin D3 is =~200IU which is a negligible amount.
I'd just take supplements of particular vitamins that I wanted to ensure I'd had enough of separately.i get most of my nutrients from high quality sources like eggs and meat, since i’m on low carb, but would like the nutrients that come from mainly carb sources without consuming carb.
i also take vit d3. omega 3. k2 separately in sufficient doses
idk what ones im missing, so i thought i’d just take them all.I'd just take supplements of particular vitamins that I wanted to ensure I'd had enough of separately.
Lot of supplements are cope, you're likely not deficient in anything anyway. So, you don't really need to add much if anything.idk what ones im missing
u got any idea what i’d be missing from eating mainly eggs and meat. i’m both eggs and meat low in vit k, hence why i supp that, i don’t eat a lot of fish, hence omega 3, and i live in uk hence vit d.Lot of supplements are cope, you're likely not deficient in anything anyway. Zinc and Magnesium Glycinate are good.
From eating mainly eggs/meat and supplementing what you do, you might be missing mostly Vitamin C, Fiber, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, Vitamin E.u got any idea what i’d be missing from eating mainly eggs and meat. i’m both eggs and meat low in vit k, hence why i supp that, i don’t eat a lot of fish, hence omega 3, and i live in uk hence vit d.
any idea what i miss out on from not eating carb?
any of these sufficiently dosed in the multi bit? i’d take it for those vitamins, the rest would just be. a bonusFrom eating mainly eggs/meat and supplementing what you do, you might be missing mostly Vitamin C, Fiber, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, Vitamin E.
Just compare the dosage of any individual vitamin to what the recommended intake is.any of these sufficiently dosed in the multi bit? i’d take it for those vitamins, the rest would just be. a bonus
I take 400mg Magnesium Glycinate in the evenings, it's better to take with food but I've never upset my stomach taking it on an empty stomach.also @aids i’ll get magnesium separate, how much daily u take. i take 8000iu vit d
