Did the strong lifts 5x5 meme for a while but that only build some functional strength

is this a good split for natty/maybe small sarms cycle in the future?

Good exercise selection but the set/reps seem arbitrary you are better off with sticking to 3x8-12 or something for each of them if you are doing that many exercises and your main goal is muscle mass

Bench/DL are strength exercises and mainly for mogging or athletics so it makes sense you would do them at 5 reps or less

PPL is great, what the fuck are you on about?
I think he wants me to go to the gym everyday and just try to hit pr until they have to call an ambulance for my poor lifeless body lol
 
No, it's not a good program. Do a proper beginner program.

nah its just ok, its really basic and mainstream
way to little rest you have to go easy on the exercises, its good for beginners, but when you start going hard in the gym, try hitting legs and then legs again after 3 days, same with back or chest,
also pull day is way too long, chest shoulders and triceps? fuck me, and you end up not hitting everything as good as you should

PUSH PULL LEGS REST REPEAT. If you hit push Monday, you hit it again Friday. That’s plenty of rest. You hit every body part twice a week, which is ideal. The only downside of this program is the fact you’re in the gym 6/7 days a week.
