is this a good reputable brand of vitamin k2 (MASON NATURALS)

The only brand that sells vitamin k2 mk4 that isn't dosed at 8000% of the RDA im too sensitive to it to take high doses is mason natural legit not much info on them

if they're sold on iherb they are good?

NOW brand? Pretty sure they are some of the cheapest but still reputable for good quality. Dk much about supplement brands though or if they ship to where you're at
