I used to be a bulky gymcel my last PR before I quit was 315lbs bench press but I was really fat like 200 pounds, now i weigh between 130-140 always, ive been letting myself go a bit but I still look robust I think 125-130 very lean would be ideal. I have skinny legs but my arms look pretty big for my weight, I have the upperbody of a 150-160lbs man its just that my lower body is very thin lol
muscle memory and my carnivorish/peaty diet would play a part in making me gain muscles super easily
Push : 100 pushups, 4x12 overhead barbell tricep extension, 4x12 overhead press, (heaviest weight possible always) maybe some lateral raises and dips once in awhile
Pull : 50 pullups, 4x12 single dumbell rows each arms, 4x12 barbell bicep curls, 4x12 barbell rows
no legs don't have the equipment in the apartment complex small gym anyway
