Nah 10mg is perfect for long term use. People need to remember that it's the cumulative dose that counts, in the long run you're going to end up with the same results and a healthier body.

Might be making a trash claim but isn't vitamin C serum a huge scam? The clinical trials done by the brands are ass

Yeah, any high dosage should be followed closely with a dermatologist too with continuous blood tests which can be a pain in the ass. I'm currently on 40mg daily to fix my acne and the dryness is unbelievable.

Also before doing all of this you need to check the combined effect that all of these things will have together, you probably can get away with perhaps even better results using less and simpler stuff. If you go to your local pharmacy there may be a sunscreen spf30 or smthn(not sure if tinted) with hyaluronic acid already in the formula. Also you still need to be careful with accutane even on low dosage. When summer time comes along you might need to interrupt it. About the Niacinamide i advise you get Nicotinamide Rederma at your pharmacy. Also drop the exfoliant and use a gentle cleanser morning and evening. No need for ghkcu aswell

Man... you cannot make your own skincare routine only with the information of fucking posts of the forum.

GHKCU and Vitamin C are incompatible.

Also if you are on adaptalene you cannot mix it with any other irritants; its epiduo forte or other? You will just fuck up your skin, also is better to do like cycles of products.

An easy check with GPT would have helped you more than any user in here that has not any dermatologist knowledge...

They're just not chemically stable so he can't layer one on top of the other but using them at different times is fine. I do agree his skin "care" routine is overly complicated for no reason. People sometimes think that they can combine anything with anything so they end up having horrible results and sometimes irreversible damage. The phrase "Check with your doctor first" will never be said enough

Agree. Gentle cleanser, moisturizer and tinted sunscreen are all you need basically...accutane is a nice addition to the mix but it should be discussed with a dermatologist first as it can carry serious risks (not to take if you have high cholesterol already for example)

He can add 1-3 serums in the morning that are compatible, and 1 irritant in the night.

If the irritant is too much (epiduo forte irritates skin hard) he can reduce a little the effect with a moisturizer in exchange for reducing irritation or making cycles (for example: 1 day yes epiduo forte without moisturizer, 2 day rest: in wich he can put not irritant serums as replacement).
