Is this a good skincare ruitine?

I use the Cerave cleanser, then
niacinamide, matrixyl, retinol (Trying to get retin A), Vitamin C serum and then the cerave moisturizer.

I am trying to get clear skin with good collagen. Should I swap out anything here?

Vitamine C and retinol. Also don't use a niacinamide serum it may be a bit too much, normally there is already enough niacinamide in moisturizers.
