I didnt know what split should I use for hypertrophy but I wanted it to be a high frequency split so its kinda a mix between ppl and ul.
Push - Pull - Legs - Rest - Upper (push & pull) - Lower (legs)

or

Push - Pull - Legs - Upper (push & pull) - Lower (legs) - Rest

Idk if this split is bs but I'm so sick of listening to shittons of studies about "high frequency is the best!!!" "no high intensity is!!!" fuck off, all i want is some muscle mass, any split works for me as long as its actually good for muscle gain.
(Please recommend me a 6 or 5 days a week split or any good split)
