Is this a good sprinting routine for increasing HGH production, muscle mass and athleticism?

So I do 30 second sprints with maximum effort for 6 reps with a 100 second rest time

Is this optimal or too much volume?

It depends of your physical abilities.
Do what you can but not too much.

HGH being produced your whole life, your nose and ears will grow all along.
You will thus be more massive over time.
A 20 yo man is not the same 20 years later, especially if he exercises regularly.
