Bovine Colostrum
Butea superba
(rest through diet)

All cope except Creatine which is minimal anyway. How about food and lifting weights, seeing that you clearly haven’t tried either.
 
If using butea superba also take L-Carnitine

dude, i’m asking you guys before i start because i don’t wanna be led astray. I eat a lot i just have a high caloric maintenance because of my height and im an athlete.
 
Personally, I would recommend it, it's really popular and has to be used if you are taking creatine and butea superba.
if im genetically prone to having non sensitive androgen receptors will i need it?
