Is this a good workout program for a chad body? My legs are already very big, i don't want bigger ones.

4 workouts a week, focus on progression


Push
3 heavy sets of benchpress
3 sets of incline bench press
4 sets of cable cross for upper chest

5 sets of side lateral raise
3 sets of facepulls

6-8 sets for triceps

5 sets of neck curls
5 sets abs



Pull
5 sets of pullups or lat pulldown
5 sets of rows
3 lat pullover
3 sets reverse butterfly

6 sets of biceps shit
3 sets for forearms

5 sets of neck curls
5 sets abs


Shoulder + Legs
5 sets of heavy shoulder press
5-7 sets of different side lateral raises
5 sets shrugs

5 sets of leg extension
3 sets of ass machine
5 sets calves


5 sets of neck curls
5 sets abs

Chad trains however he wants and gets a top tier body. For real your genetics and testosteronelevels probably play a bigger role than some shitty program.

If you have good genetics any workout programme will work for you if you have shit muscle building genes all will garner you poor progress

These workouts range from 34 to 40 sets. That’s too much volume for most people to handle in one workout, and the workouts would take a long time to complete (about 2 hours).

Not that amount of volume crammed into to 2 hours. The kinda volume that works is bulgarian split workout 2-3 times a day of 1:20 hours sessions with food in between.

I know you are weak just based of that retarded amount of *sets* not "volume".
I do 12-16 sets total a workout, maybe more if I superset.
