3 sets of pull ups to failure
3 sets of dips to failure
3 sets of chin ups for biceps to failure
3 sets of close grip bench press
3 sets of barbell overhead press
3 sets of barbell curls

too many muscles to train in 1 session without fatigue, u will literally die from exhaustion if u train hard

just copy some mediocre ppl split or something and go to failure no more than 8 reps

Only go to failure on the last set. Also I would split your workouts into a pull day a push day and leg day
