Speaking with a surgeon about infraorbital fat grafting and he has said:
You are relatively young and don't have any signs of ageing. Just to clarify, lower eyelid surgery with either a blepharoplasty or fat transfer don't necessarily improve dark lines unless they are caused by shadows. Often, the dark lines under the eyes are blood vessels under the skin which shine through. There are not significant enough nasolabial folds in order to consider surgical corrections.
Is he cooking me, or do I need to just go speak to a different surgeon?
