Not I don’t think so. Lat pull down has a bar at the top

Yeah its not lat pull down. But surely it works lats. I have this at my gym seems convenient to do only my left side

I have this one as well but its a different one. On the one i posted you can pull only one side if you want to

looks like a chest supported t bar row to me but sitting instead of standing
