Phenibut barely had an effect on me though. Still got plenty of anxiety & still was awkward af.
Try xanax or beta-blockers. You can get them prescribed pretty easily.

like alcohol with all of the positive aspects. lowered inhibition and generally happier without physical impairment. can be extremely addictive due to abundance and tolerance builds quickly. maximum dose I take is 1g once a week, dont do more than twice a week and never high dosages because tolerance will build way too quickly if you don't start with small dosages.
