For context, i am broke (put that in my bio) and 18. everyone ive matched with is within a 30 mile radius and aged between 18-25. The city i live in has a population of under a quarter mil.

Truth is, ive been going to the gym consistently for half a year. I gained a fuckton of muscle and weight (15kg).
But i look like the day 1 version of me 6 months ago if i dont flex or bend my elbow by 90 degrees. Then again, "the day you start lifting is the day youre forever small" so maybe im just delusional, who knows.

I get what you mean I have also gained a bit of weight but not only muscle but it’s very common that you don’t see yourself as “bigger”
