for the last couple days ive been having thoughts of my fingernails getting piercing thru, with knives and other sharp shit and like been thinking about the knives cutting the top layers of my fingernails thru a certain angle and ive been having constant chills about it, all day man. literally as im writing this it feels terrible my body feels cold because of the thought.

why is this happening? its really weird
