Improved the skin,slimmed down the nose,geew out the hair. Added ma bit more texture to the hair,got a bit leaner

hop on accutane and tret for your skin, and maybe hydrocortisone for your nose also a lil bit of makeup for infras

very achievable tbh, maybe some minoxidil, tret, az acid, and vaseline for lips plus clean shave
