I tried to just reduce bf%, improve coulering (tan,eyebrow/hair dye+ eyebrow dye plus curling) reduced inflammation on the nose ( might be too much for a soft max), mostly cleared out acne/redness on skin and made the hair a bit more voluminous and textured.

One thing is the right jaw mandibular structure may have got altred slightly to go a tiny bit more outwards but lmk if anything else is unrealistic without hardmaxes.

i think its achievable with rhino and some aqualyx
Yeah I was debating wether or not the nose part achievable without a rhino it is really hard to estimate just how much inflammation changes the nose especially at a higher bf like mine at 18%

Zygos probably won't be as prominent since the before and after shows the width the same but realistically it'll be a little smaller cuz you will loose the fat on top of it. Minimal difference i would assume.

Depends on how your bone structure looks when you're lean, assuming your not 10-12% bf rn.

The tan is achievable with MT probably.

Retinoids could clear up the skin and possibly shrink the nose. If they don't, look into hydrocortisone.

Dying the lashes and brows and growing them would also help.

I have a thread that details how to do some of this:

Hope I helped, mark as solution by clicking the checkmark on the right if I did :Comfy:

Fairs I can lowke just bonesmash for the temporary inflammation to make it look about as prominent as the morph
