If you take a side profile pic under good lighting and then look you will be able to tell by your level of under eye support

- Recessed vs projected
And then also the straightness of your nose is a good indicator of how projected/recessed it is
Yor cheekbones/zygos if they are flat then its recessed
If you have an underbite then most likely recessed

Best way to see is just get lean and look in the mirror or a photo

that would be flas recessed is basicly and overbite
