Is this a sign of ascending

This may sound stupid to some
Basically this story takes place a few days ago.
I was in the hospital waiting to get some tests done for my drivers license and i had to wait in different parts of the hospital in the span of a few hours…
By coincidence i was dressed better than usual because i had somewhere to go after finishing things here.
The part that is interesting is many people came up to me to ask me either about the procedure(like where they had to go after finishing the test in the room, even while i didnt finish it myself) or to ask me basic things like why im here etc.. now it was mostly men but is this some kind of halo effect(like people basically assuming i know more just bcs of my looks?).
