I randomly start smelling things like cigarettes or burning wood out of nowhere. And it surely isn't real because I rot in my room all day with closed doors and windows

Same, but the smell was actually real. there was a hole in the bottom corner of my room, under my bed, and from it came the smell of cigarettes that my downstairs neighbor was smoking. I was fucking freaking out until I realized what was going on.
