Tiers are real. But they are nothing like described by OP. They are more like this:

1% Chad: Gets laid without even trying.
4: Chadlite: Gets laid with some effort but women won't throw themselves at him.
15%: High-tier normies: Somewhat above-average males that get laid every now and then, but women still want something better.
30% Normies: Plain males that women don't want but may settle for in their older age for some $
30% Low-tier normie: Basically lower quality normies with somewhat below-average looks. Only desperate foids settle for them.
15%: Semi-incel: Legitimately ugly males that no women want. Despite this, some may have gotten laid once or twice in their lives by luck.
4%: Truecel: Same as semi-incels except they didn't even manage to score even once (possibly because they have autism).
1%: Sub-human: People so ugly and/or autistic that foids would rather kill themselves than be seen standing near them.
