Anyways how can i achieve the same type of colouring as him as a white person?

There was a guide on this forum for changing your eye color, I just remember that creator was "ElBastardo" and the guide was titled the same, do I believe it works? No, but you could try.

Your eye color is genetic, so if you want lighter eyes you can get lasers to remove the pigment in your eyes, try ElBastardo's eye serum (at your own risk, it's hella pseudoscientific) or you could just, stay like that. Glutathione, GlyNAC and vitamin C supplementation could function? I mean probably not, but if you want to try that before any extreme methods then go for it.

But consider that the photo probably has an illusion too, which is lightning, the photo is take outside on a bright day, which makes his eyes appear lighter, your photo is taken in a dark room, which makes your eyes look darker. It may also be that his eyes are not green but grey, grey eyes do exist though they're incredibly rare, some dude at my uni has them.
