the muscle and bodyfat levels are absolutely- but hes got good insertions and frame so you probs wont look as aesthetic as he does even with the same stats

Definitely achievable with a diligent lifestyle+diet+training in around 2-3 years if starting from a good base, unless you have shit genetics in which case it will take a bit longer. Natural frame, skeletal shape and muscle insertions also play a role; if you have wide hips and narrow shoulders, you won't look nearly as good as him obviously.

He has a good physique but it kind of lacks harmony; if you look at the 1st pic you can clearly see his chest is overdeveloped compared to his shoulders and arms. Still, a very good lean and strong physique that will be considered ideal by many girls.

Easily achievable natty in a year if your training and diet are on point. He has nutty chest genetics though so don't expect titties like that

Depends on genetics but for most 1-1.5 years

You need wide shoulders, small waist and good insertions.

This guy is nearly perfect. Like you can easily get bigger than him natural.

But you will never look like him. Even if you did all the roids in the world. It’s like someone sculpted his body

If youve got really good genetics its possible and if ypu do everything perfect right from day 1.

I seriously doubt many people are looking like that after just one year of training though

depends on bodyfat though- if youre 80kg shredded youre gonna not appear skinny wheareas 80kg skinnyfat would just be the average guy in the street

It looks ideal topless for universal appeal, however unfortunately for a natty he looks normal.with clothes, and we wear clothes 95% of the time...
That's the issue with being natural, or you can wear size small tops and long sleeves to look better

obviously that I will never look like him. I dont have the same skeleton and muscle insertions.

My shoulders, clavicle and ribcage are smaller, narrower.

The question rather was whether it is realistic to look so shredded for someone with subhuman genetics without steroids

Mhhh.

It really depends on how subhuman.

I could hold that without any effort whatsoever. But depending on your gentics you don’t only have to put effort into it to get there but also effort to hold it. And idk if that’s worth it or sustainable.

No one here will be able to tell. There’s no reason to theorize about it. Only way is to go in the gym and find out. If you don’t Look like That After 6-12 months consider roiding.

Because most people train super inefficiently. I looked like that a year in and I made plenty of mistakes including doing a severe cut way too early and then dirty bulking and thus having to spend even more unnecessary time cutting. I also skipped days, drank every other weekend etc. And yeah I have good enough genetics but I really don't think they're that crazy

probably had a really good starting base or larping- most people never look like that

Couldn't find any pictures a year in so these are techincally a year and a few months but here you go. Wish I had a before picture from the side to show how tiny I actually looked from other angles before lifting

good results tbh - whats your height and weiht afterwards?

nice biceps and shoulders in particular, what did you do to grow them?

Yes, it's also achievable roided.

Only if you have the insertions if you have pec insertions like me don’t even try

6'4, 190 there so pretty damn light.

Bis: mostly standing/seated incline standard/hammer dumbbell curls, ez bar curls, cable curls. I also hit back frequently which is lots of bicep volume on its own

Shoulders: Rule #1 is that I never do isolated front delt work, that's a complete waste of time if you're doing pressing movements
Front Delts: Flat barbell bench, incline bb/db/smith machine bench, occasional standing bb or seated db shoulder press
Medial Delts: Standing db lateral raise, leaning cable lateral raise. I didn't have access to one but machine lateral raises are good
Rear Delts: Super underrated muscle group, you can see it's what makes my shoulders so 3D in the middle pic. I either do seated rear delt flies with dumbbells or reverse pec deck. Again the back work also adds lots of volume here too

Was running a ppl so I'd hit two pressing movements and one lateral raise every push day, and two of the bi movements + one rear delt movement on pull day

he has wonderful pectoral muscle insertions and you cannot change that but for the rest caloric surplus with 6x ppl, it will take maximum 1 year.

i was better than him after 1 year except my subhuman pec genetics :feelswhy:
