1. You go from like LTN to ogre, is this really what you want?
2. Bonesmashing doesn't work, get implants, or filler, or something that actually works.
3. A palate expander could theoretically give you those results, but if you do not have a narrow palate, any further expansion will likely lead to more functional issues than the aesthetics are worth.
