Is this achievable with trimax and rhino?

Planning on going with Ramieri for trimax and Marrianetti for rhino. Are these results realistic? If not then what other surgeries should i plan on getting? And also if you know any other good surgeons let me know

You could easily aim for something more extreme than that

I dont think i would though since it would be too uncanny

Does that really require trimax? genioplasty alone may be enough looks like the change is just your chin idk much about jaw surgery stuff
Morph does look great though, I wouldn't do anything more extreme

Im really not sure. I thought i made the morph very unrealistic but it looks like i just changed the chin. When i did the morph though, i changed the both the upper and lower jaws
